We spent a magnificent day at the Kemény Castle in Brâncovenești with the EduCastle toys! Twelve toys and games, all connected to the castles of Transylvania awaited younger and older children to try them, have fun with them, and in the meantime, to learn about these buildings, but also about the eras, architectural styles and social contexts that are part of their history.

We are glad that so many children (and grown-ups, too!) played these games, turned the giant cubes, dressed the figurines in historical clothes, tried to find pairs in the Castle-memo game or the castles themselves on a map. The mill was also popular and many were curious to find out which traditional Transylvanian spices were hidden in the wood jars. We are looking forward to playing together again!

The EduCastle toys were made by Morgod and subventioned by the Administration of National Cultural Fund (AFCN).
