
More than 500 young people have proposed more than 100 local urban development initiatives within the participatory process Com’ON Cluj-Napoca 2019. The projects were submitted by young people aged between 14 and 35 who live, study or work in Cluj .
The voting period began on February 21 at 12 o’clock and will run until March 21 at 11:59.

Which initiatives have entered the voting stage?
All initiatives have been subject to a technical check which aimed to verify how clear and concise the description of the initiative was and the fulfillment of basic conditions for initiatives. All initiatives fulfilling these conditions (in the original description or the additions received in the technical verification process) have advanced to the public voting stage.
What is the voting period?
The vote takes place between 21 February, 12:00 – 21 March, 11:59.
Who can vote?
Anyone who has created a personal account on the bugetareparticipativa.ro platform can vote in the Com’ON Cluj-Napoca participatory process. If a person does not have an account yet, they can create one even during voting.
The person who created or intends to set up a personal account declares their relationship with the Cluj-Napoca municipality (I live / study / work in Cluj-Napoca).
The personal data of each user will be managed by the Cluj-Napoca City Hall in accordance with the terms and conditions presented on bugetareparticipativa.ro
How can you vote?
The vote can be cast on the comoncluj.ro web page (go to the INITIATIVES section) by entering the detailed description of an initiative and pressing the VOTE button. The platform will highlight the number of remaining votes available and the fact that the initiative has already been voted by the user (if applicable).
PASSWORD RECOVERY: If you already have a user on bugetareparticipativa.ro but have forgotten your password (it happens), you can request password recovery at the email address you registered with. Once your recovery email arrives, you can update your password. In this case do not forget to re-login and then return to comoncluj.ro to cast your votes.
Every person is entitled to a maximum of 10 votes for 10 individual initiatives. An initiative can not be voted more than once.
Where can we track the number of votes for each initiative?
Votes expressed can be viewed in the description of each initiative. The final list of results will be published on March 22.
Com’ON Cluj-Napoca is a participatory process where, starting from 2015, young people are invited to think and enroll in urban development initiatives that are then voted and winning projects are funded and implemented. The process aims to encourage the active participation of young people in the life of the city as well as the participation of all citizens in the decision to implement projects beneficial to the city.
The Com’On Cluj-Napoca participatory process is supported by the Town Hall and the Cluj-Napoca Local Council.
