K+ Program is a complex talent promotion program, with the main objective of finding and promoting talented young people living in and around the area of Cluj-Napoca: developing their abilities, skills and competences, strengthening their professional network. This will help them find their position on the labor market and start their individual and group businesses. As part of the K+ Program, in February 2016, the K+ Community Center was established, and it is meant to host events, workshops, meetings organized in the framework of the K+ Program. Furthermore, it is also open for external youth events.
